Mization is a private move-decision app. It lets a signed-in user review a town, ZIP, or address, run housing, school, job-fit, and safety lanes, and optionally use photo-assisted intake to help confirm a property location.

What Mization processes

• Account information, such as email address, display name, and account role, to authenticate the user and manage private profile sharing.
• Location inputs, such as typed addresses, ZIP codes, town names, and live device location when the user chooses a live-photo flow.
• Photos only when the user uploads or captures a property photo for photo-assisted intake.
• Profile data, such as occupation, notes, and home-base fields, when the user chooses to store them inside the app.

How Mization uses that information

• To sign the user in and keep accounts private by default.
• To normalize locations and generate housing, school, job-fit, safety, and verdict results.
• To support profile sharing when the account owner explicitly grants view-only or admin access.
• To improve reliability, security, and bug investigation for the app.

What Mization does not do

• Mization does not sell personal data.
• Mization does not use submitted data for third-party advertising.
• Mization does not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising.

Sharing

Mization may use infrastructure and data providers needed to return location-based results. Data is processed to deliver the requested app function, not for ad targeting.

Your choices

• You can avoid photo-assisted intake by not uploading or capturing a photo.
• You can deny location access, although some live-photo features will not work correctly without it.
• You can request account-support help at feedback@mization.com.
